These Terms of Use (hereinafter referred to as the “Terms”) govern the use of the “Alternative Commerce” assembly/system (hereinafter referred to as the “System”) available on the website alternativecommerce.org (hereinafter referred to as the “Site”). By using the System, you agree to the following rules.

1. General Provisions

1.1. The System is provided as a software assembly for creating an online store.

1.2. The System may be used for both non-commercial and commercial purposes.

2. Terms of Use and Licensing

2.1. One business (legal entity or individual) is allowed to use the System only once, i.e. to create one online store based on the assembly.

2.2. It is prohibited to transfer, resell or distribute the System to third parties without the written consent of the author.

2.3. It is prohibited to change author messages or delete information about the author.

3. Additional licensing for large turnover

3.1. If your online store created on the basis of the System reaches sales of more than 1,000,000 UAH per month, you are obliged to contact the author to apply for an extended commercial license.

4. Liability

4.1. The System is provided "as is", without any guarantees regarding its performance, security or suitability for specific purposes.

4.2. The Author is not liable for any damages associated with the use or inability to use the System.

5. Changes to the Terms

5.1. The Author reserves the right to make changes to these Terms at any time.

5.2. Your continued use of the System after changes constitutes your agreement to the updated Terms.
